Order Methods
We accept orders by fax, email.

Please include the following information with each order:

• Purchase order number
• Product name / CAS# / Catalog number
• Quantity of Product / Unit Price / Total value
• Shipping and billing address

Price and Payment Terms

• All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars without freight, and are subjected to change without prior notice. Written quotations are guaranteed for 30 days.
• All freight, insurance, and special packaging charges will be added to the invoice unless other terms have been arranged.
• For existing customers, net 30-day payment term could be offered from invoice date, but subject to approval. The Seller reserves the right to request advance payment at its discretion.
• For new customers, full or partial pre-payment on a Pro Forma Invoice might be required.
• Customers outside China should make the payment through electronic wire transfer (TT) to our bank account.
• A discount price will be considered for bulky orders.

Delivery and Lead time

• Delivery expense is not included in the price, unless some special conditions have been agreed.
• For overseas customers, orders are shipped via DHL express which usually takes about five days of shipment time on the way. In some cases order might be shipped via Fedex, UPS or EMS.
• For customers in China, orders could be shipped via other express.

Use of Products
AmatekChem's products are intended for laboratory research purposes, unless otherwise stated on product labels.

Returns
Return shipment will not be accepted without permission.

Patents
AmatekChem's products may be covered by application or process patents. The customer must be responsible for determining the existence of such patents.
